• Every lab-grown diamond piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.

• Diamonds are graded based on the 4Cs: Cut, Clarity, Color & Carat.

2. Lifetime Buyback

• We offer a lifetime buyback value of 80% on all lab-grown diamond jewelry purchased from Elante.

• Buyback value is calculated on the diamond and gold and silver value at the time of return (excluding making charges, taxes, and shipping).

3. No Returns / Refunds

• For lab-grown diamond jewelry, we do not offer returns or refunds.

• Replacements are only possible if the product is defective at the time of delivery and verified through a mandatory unboxing video.

4. Care & Warranty

• Each piece is crafted in real 14k,18k,22k gold & 925 Silver with certified diamonds.

• With proper care, lab-grown diamonds will retain their brilliance forever.
