1. Certification & Authenticity

Every lab-grown diamond piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Diamonds are graded based on the 4Cs: Cut, Clarity, Color & Carat.

2. Lifetime Buyback

We offer a lifetime buyback value of 80% on all lab-grown diamond jewelry purchased from Elante.
Buyback value is calculated on the diamond and gold and silver value at the time of return (excluding making charges, taxes, and shipping).

3. No Returns / Refunds

For lab-grown diamond jewelry, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Replacements are only possible if the product is defective at the time of delivery and verified through a mandatory unboxing video.

4. Care & Warranty

Each piece is crafted in real 9k,14k,18k,22k gold & 925 Silver with certified diamonds.
With proper care, lab-grown diamonds will retain their brilliance forever.
