We offer a replacement only if the product has a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit.
This must be verified through a clear unboxing video.
Lifetime Buyback Promise
Every Elante lab-grown diamond piece comes with a lifetime buyback of 80% value, subject to product condition and quality inspection.
Replacement Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience, please follow:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at elantejewels.co@gmail.com with your order details and unboxing video
Once verified, our team will assist you with the replacement process.

- No claims without a valid unboxing video
- No claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
