Replacement (In Case of Defect)
We offer a replacement only if the product has a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit.
This must be verified through a clear unboxing video.

Lifetime Buyback Promise
Every Elante lab-grown diamond piece comes with a lifetime buyback of 80% value, subject to product condition and quality inspection.


Replacement Guidelines

To ensure a smooth experience, please follow:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at elantejewels.co@gmail.com with your order details and unboxing video

Once verified, our team will assist you with the replacement process.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable on lab-grown diamond jewelry
  • Only approved replacements or lifetime buyback (for diamonds) are offered.

In such cases:

  • A refund will be issued only for the product value paid
  • Elante is not liable for any additional charges, including transaction fees, bank charges, or shipping costs

  • No returns or exchanges for personal preferences (change of mind, dislike, sizing issues)
  • No claims without a valid unboxing video
  • No claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
