    • Anti-Tarnish Jewelry: Our demi-fine jewelry pieces are crafted with 18k gold/rhodium plating designed to be tarnish-free, waterproof, and hypoallergenic. However, natural wear over time may vary depending on usage and care.

    • Lab-Grown Diamonds: All diamond pieces are made with certified lab-grown diamonds and real gold. Each piece may be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

    • While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or handcrafted detailing.

    • All items are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice.

    4. Orders, Payments & Billing

    • Orders must be paid in full at checkout using the available payment methods.

    • Elante reserves the right to cancel or hold orders if payment cannot be verified.

    • For custom or made-to-order diamond jewelry, processing times may be longer and will be communicated at checkout.

    5. Shipping

    • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship across India. Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.

    • International Shipping: Coming soon. ✨

    • Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Elante is not responsible for courier delays, damages, or loss once shipped.

    6. Returns & Exchanges

    • For anti-tarnish jewelry, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility.

    • For lab-grown diamond jewelry, due to its fine nature, only select items may be eligible for exchange/return. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.

    • By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our policy.
